How soon is my hosting ready?

Your hosting account is created in the CHS panel as soon as your payment clears. You get an email with your login details.

Can I use a domain I already own?

Yes. Enter it when you choose a plan, then point the domain to our nameservers. You can also register a new domain in the same order.

How do renewals work?

Plans and domains renew at the end of each term. You get an invoice before the renewal date and pay it from My Services.

Can I change or cancel my plan later?

Yes. In My Services you can change to another plan or stop renewing at the end of the current term.

Can I add more websites, mailboxes, or storage?

Yes. Add-on services attach to your existing plan and are added as soon as you pay.
